Wow

Last time I posted was in March. Some one *ahem Kristina* should remind me to update once in awhile lol.

Life has been busy. We've been weekending in Pensacola for the last month but that should end this weekend. My inlaws came down last week. We had lots of fun and I got some down time. We go to Michigan at the beginning of July. I'm excited. Jeff and I should get to go to Traverse City or somewhere all by ourselves. What we will we do?!?
Soon after, he goes on his personal vacation. Ethan will start school and soccer again. I'm not sure about Elijah playing soccer, he wasn't overly enthralled with it this spring. I start school again too. 3 more semesters and I will have that piece of paper with my name on it. Woohoo!!

Random

I don't understand it but Elijah just won't potty train. I've tried everything and he just doesn't care. We're going to keep working at it but sheesh he's 4. Work is going ok, I'm definitely going to need a maid when Jeff deploys. If he goes LDO he has to stay in the military for 10 years post commission. Not sure on how I feel about that, everything has been centered around doing 20 and gone. We'll figure it out, I'm sure.

Ethan is obsessed with the Wii. I'm going to buy him some books this weekend and see if I can get him interested in that. He reads but he cares more about the Wii. Ugh. I bought them DS' for Easter. Some people think I'm crazy. I think it will make the trip to Michigan much more enjoyable for Mommy =)

I've got freaking baby fever again. Next year I guess we will try.

We got a quote to add on to the house 77k. Craziness. We'll see about it next year after I get some bills paid off. It would be really nice to have a bigger house. We love our lot but the house is gettting so small with the daycare and the boys having friends over.

Been awhile

Sorry about that. It's been busy around here. School for all of us, the daycare, work for Jeff. We're thinking about adding to the house. Getting the estimates now so that the CFO of the family(*ahem* me) can run the numbers. It will work out if it's meant to happen.

Eli is trying to pottytrain we've got part of it down good, now we're working on the other part. Ethan is a little bummed that we have kids this week since it's his spring break but we'll do something fun. He'll be happy that he can play the Wii. We went to the mall this weekend and they got to jump on the bungee thing. I was a nervous wreck. Oh, they got weighed for the jump and Ethan weighs 51 lbs, Elijah 50lbs. There are about 3 inches between them too.

Elijah is 4

Today, Elijah is 4. I can't believe my baby is 4, weighs 50lbs, and thinks he's going on 21. He had a bowling party yesterday. We had lots of fun and cake. A couple of girls and I played a game of pool afterward. Elijah got tons of great stuff. Moonsand, legos, Diego, and Cars toys. He has another box on the way from Aunt Dana and Uncle Josh. He'll love that. I think his favorite part of the day was the balloons though. This boy and his love of balloons! The cake was a big hit too.

Go Diego Go!

Elijah has asked for a Go Diego Go! Birthday. He also wants a "rainbow" cake we saw on the internet. Right now, he and Jeff are in the kitchen practicing for the big day. Elijah is very excited about his birthday. Jeff is having fun making the cake lol. We didn't like the last bakery cake we made and Jeff's mom has a killer frosting recipe so Jeff is making it. I can't believe my baby will be 4 on Monday.

Kristina said I should start a blog so here we are. It does seem like an easier way to keep everyone up to date on our fascinating life! I'm a military wife and momma living down south again. I keep busy with running a homedaycare, two boys who get into everything, a loving husband, and going to school online full time. If you're reading this, you probably know that though.
